Following a makeup course at Facefacts Academy doesn’t just make you a Make-up Artist but an Allround Make-up Artist with accreditation!
Facefacts Academy teaches you everything you need to know for the accredited exams but also challenges you to develop your creative skills to become an allround make-up artist! A personal approach, selfreflection and passion are our key terms.
During the Allround Make-up Artist course we will help guide you with professional collaborations. This could mean while working with our photographer, but also modelling agencies, designers and other potential clients. Numerous photoshoots during the allround make-up artist course contribute to this collaboration and creates a unique portfolio!

There are no specific prior education requirements for the Allround Make-up Artist course. Everyone is welcome, young and old!
Duration and Study Load
The accredited make-up artist course is an allround Make-up Artist course and consists of 20 lessons. Each lesson is 3 hours and can be followed in the afternoon or evening. The student should take into account a study load of 3 hours per week. You study and practice at home.
The accredited Allround Make-up Artist course is completed with an official practical exam, assessed by the impartial “Kwaliteitscentrum Uiterlijke Verzorging’ (KWC). After the successful completion of two practical exams and a completed exam portfolio, you receive an dutch KWC accredited diploma in Make-up Artistry (MUA).
The exams consist of 4 parts:
• Portfolio assessment
• Practical exam/assignment everyday make-up
• Practical exam/assignment theme make-up
• Evaluative final discussion/interview
The examinations are conducted by two accessors, one of which is an examinator hired by the Kwaliteitscentrum UV (KWC). The other examinator is originated from the trainings institute.
With an accredited Dutch diploma in Make-up Artistry you are guaranteed to have mastered all the make-up techniques which are necessary as an allround Make-up artist. You are therefore 100% suitable when it comes to make-up artistry. You are also able to set up the basis for a successful start to your own company. !With the accredited branche diploma make-up Artistry you greatly enhance your chances in the employment market, considering that most companies see this as a requirement.
At Facefacts Academy you can choose from two student kits. A professional student kit from Make-up Studio or you can choose a unique student kit from M.A.C. Cosmetics.

The total costs of the allround course Make-Up Artist are € 2495.00.
The costs include the student kit and theory material. When choosing a student kit from MAC Cosmetics there is an additional price of € 375.00. Other additional costs are exam costs of € 150.
This training can be paid in installments. Facefacts Academy is a CRKBO accredited trainer, so our fees are exempt from VAT.
